Hailey Marsh

Multi Area Director

Hailey is honored to serve as a Multi-Area Director with South Sound FCA, collaborating with local coaches and athletes to see the Pacific Northwest transformed by Jesus Christ. In today’s culture, many coaches and athletes navigate fleeting, secular ideas about identity and purpose. Hailey is passionate to work

throughout the South Sound, helping them discover their God-given identity and embrace a kingdom-focused purpose. With firsthand experience of the impact FCA mentorship and discipleship can have, she is confident this ministry will guide coaches and athletes into a growing relationship with Jesus, His Church, and one another.

Bill Edwards

Thurston County Area Director

Bill Edwards has served in Christian ministry for over 21 years. He and his high school sweetheart have four adult children and four grandchildren, and recently relocated to Olympia, Washington. He is passionate about reaching the lost and using his story of redemption to mentor the next generation. With years of experience coaching youth sports, including coaching his own children in soccer and baseball, Bill cares deeply about developing character, leadership, and faith in young people. He often asks, “Who is the next?” — challenging others to invest in future leaders who will carry the message of Jesus into their families, communities, and the world.

Art Dimas

Pierce County Collegiate Rep

Art serves with FCA with a heart shaped by his own journey of faith. Born and raised in Eastern Washington, he experienced seasons of drifting before God met him with His grace, showing him what it truly means that His grace is enough. That experience fuels his passion for FCA and the impact coaches and athletes have on their communities. He believes they have incredible influence, setting the tone and shaping lives every day. Through FCA, Art helps guide coaches and athletes into a deeper relationship with Jesus, equipping them to lead with faith and purpose. He is honored to be part of a mission that points people toward lasting transformation both on and off the field.
